What this is about
When you write to us via the contact form, we collect the information you enter. Technical connection data is also generated when the site is accessed. We collect measurement data only if you expressly consent.
Clicks on telephone, WhatsApp and email, as well as starts, successful and failed submissions of the contact form, are counted anonymously. Only the date, language, event type and number are stored. We use no cookies for this and store no IP addresses or other identifiers.
What the contact form collects
Name, your contact detail (email address or telephone number) and your message. You can optionally attach up to three photos. In addition, where available, we record the origin of your visit from the link (UTM parameters: source, medium, campaign, content). This lets us see how you found us, for example through a flyer or an advertisement.
Purpose
We read your enquiry and reply to you. Nothing more. There is no automated assessment: your enquiry is read by a person. We use the origin information to measure which channel brings enquiries.
To protect against misuse, we keep your IP address briefly in the server's working memory in order to limit the number of submissions. It is not stored permanently.
Legal basis
Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR: you request a service, and we process that request. The limitation of misuse is based on our legitimate interest in the secure operation of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The use of the Meta Pixel is based exclusively on your voluntary consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 22(2) LSSI-CE. You can withdraw it at any time via "Cookie settings".
Who else sees the data
We send your enquiry by email via the Resend service (Resend, Inc., USA), server location EU (eu-west-1). It goes to our mailbox contact@lanzaclara.com and, as a copy, to the email address of the person responsible for the project. Photos are transmitted only as an attachment to this email and are not stored on the site.
If you commission us and we use tradespeople or other businesses for this, they receive the information they need for their work, and no more.
When you click on "WhatsApp", WhatsApp opens. From that moment, WhatsApp's privacy terms apply. No data is transmitted to WhatsApp beforehand. The same applies to telephone and email links, which your device opens.
If you consent to the Meta Pixel, Meta (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, with data transfer also to the USA) receives usage data about your visit: page view, service viewed, click on telephone, WhatsApp or email, start and successful submission of the form. Without consent, the pixel is not loaded.
How long
If your enquiry does not lead to an order, we delete your data 6 months after the last message. If it leads to an order, we retain the related documents and correspondence for 6 years because the law requires it (Art. 30 Código de Comercio). The anonymous daily counters contain no personal data and are retained.
Technical
The site runs on Replit (Replit, Inc., USA). We have selected the EU as the location. When the site is accessed, connection data is generated there for technical reasons, such as IP address, time and page requested. We load fonts from our own server, not from Google.
We store two entries in your browser: your banner choice ("Necessary only" or "Allow marketing") and, for as long as the tab is open, the origin information from the link. Both serve only the operation of the site.
If you choose "Allow marketing", we load the Meta Pixel (identifier 3511345622516031). Meta may store cookies on your device in the process. We use it to measure visits and can show advertising to people who have visited our site. If you choose "Necessary only", the pixel is not loaded. You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings".
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We use measurement services only with your consent and only in the manner described.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, have it rectified or erased, restrict its processing, object to it, and receive your data in a portable format. You can withdraw consent at any time. A message to contact@lanzaclara.com is sufficient for this. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. For us, this is the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), www.aepd.es.
